• Connected social accounts: when you authorize us to manage your social media profiles, we receive access tokens and the permissions needed to create and publish content on your behalf. We do not receive or store your social media passwords.
• Payment information: subscription payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not store full card numbers; we receive limited billing details such as your plan and payment status.
• Content and usage data: the posts and media we generate for you, and information about how you use our website and service.
• Communications: messages you send us by email or chat.

• To provide and operate the service, including generating and publishing content to your connected accounts.

Text messaging (SMS): No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile phone numbers and the consent you give to receive text messages are used solely to send the messages described in our SMS Messaging Policy. Text-message consent data is never sold, rented, or shared with anyone. Information sharing with the subcontractors and carriers strictly necessary to deliver those messages is permitted, and those providers may not use it for their own marketing. Consent to receive texts is never a condition of any purchase or service, and you can reply STOP at any time to opt out.

4. Social media account access

With your authorization, we access connected accounts only to create, schedule, and publish content on your behalf, and to retrieve basic performance information. You may revoke our access at any time through the relevant platform's settings or by contacting us. Our use of information received from platform APIs complies with those platforms' developer policies. ContentGen AI's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

5. Data retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your information as described below.

6. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing.
